A dear friend of mine recently sent me the link to a meditation app (free) called, “Insight Timer.”
I love it!! If you are on the look-out for some lovely guided meditations, be sure to check it out.
Within moments of me opening the app the first time, I came across a gem: a fellow by the name of John Siddique reading a poem, called “She Let Go.” The poem was written by Safire Rose. Wow!
The poem is a lovely reminder about the power (and importance) of just letting go…of all we need to let go of…
